Alrighty then so I assume you have your MSCE score, with that as a foundation we can now put together the pay out options.  You have two, I call them "Buy-Out" and "Renting."  I know this all sounds superficial but its in fun, and anyone who does win the lottery is prolly always wondering if people are around for them or the money.  SO..I'll explain these options.

1. Buy Out - you receive one lump sum and are expected to never bother with Matt L again.  Its a forfeit of friendship, but saves everyone time.  You get what you want, and I get the assurance I don't have to question your motives.  Buy Out is basically in my mind cashing in your relationship chips and going home
2. Renting - I give you a modest check, but we both know we can rely on each other in the future.  Future cash is a gamble...so safer with the Buy Out but who wants money?  :-)

Score of 100% That's crazy...I hope I know your name.	$ 417,234.65 and a letter to the IRS on your behalf	$236,000.67 BUT A KEY TO MATT MANOR	If you can tell me the names of my pet(s) add 2% to your score.  Cause they'll be around and considered my heirs.
Score of 91-99% Great job!  We've prolly held each others hair away from the toilet.	$332,785.01 your cashing out?  Here it is then...in nickles.	$121,000.56 and a place at the table	If you have an accent add 5%.  And call me every morning...love those.  Southerm, Yankee, British or Valley Station!
Score of 81-90% Good effort...although you prolly laughed at me in my inflated crown.	$201,000.78 in 7 payments over a 1 week period given at the hour you foresacked me.  ;-)	$98,000.45 and a job at MattCorp.	If you were born in Louisville decrease your score by 6%.  Our town is just big enough to rasie hopes, and small enough to miss the party.  Sorry...
Score of 51-80% Medium-hot pink center	$90,788	$20,000.65 and a New Toyota Camry	If you have part American Indian in you add 3%.  Love dark haired guys!
Score of 20-50% I bet we don't have each other's number...mine is 581-WAVE.	$900.00	$300.00 and a used 95 Toyota Corrolla	If you have had part of my exes in you then subtract 15%.  If we weren't dating then disregard.
Score of 7-19% Gosh...I bet I don't send you Xmas greetings.  :-)	$50.00 redeemable at Kroger	$10.00 donated in your name to Feed the Children	If you have an income below $15,000 then add 3%.  you'll need some Xtra and Democrats watch out for everyone.
Score of 0-6% There is no way	$1.36 almost half a combo meal at Rally's!	A troubled look from my Asst.'s, Asst.	If you've been unemployed over a year subtract 7%.  And get some motivation!
Clause 1A    EXBFS	Obviously I liked ya, and still care for each of ya so added 7% to your score	Did you ever deny to someone that we dated?  EEEE....subtract 40% and get some bake bone.	Did you cry while watching Terms of Endearment?   Add 5%, if not you couldn't have seen it so drop 9%.
Clause 2A    Family	Was your Xmas gift worth more than twenty dollars from me?  Wait I dont give Xmas gifts to family...ahh...increase your score by 10 and we'll call it even. Thanks for the eggplant socks with Kmart tags still on them last year!	Have I wrecked your car?            add 15% then. Have you been to my house in the last year?  Add 12%...just two of you out there. Are you jealous that I got the brains and the looks?  Get used to it here is 1% for your trauma.	When singing in your car are you str8 up Whitney, or Frank Sinatra? Whitney=+5%, Frank = -2% If you don't sing in your car you'd hate me so ditch 4%.
Clause 3A    Roommates	Did I kick you out?  - 9% Did you move on your own?  + 4% Have you done both (more than one) then add 16% .  lol	Have you ever slept with one of my roommates?   Yikes add please register your name so I know to avoid bodily fluids...you know what happens here?  Subtract 3% and don't admitt that again.	Do call a friend on your cell phone and then carry on seperate conversations with others around you?  Hate that! Subtract 11% and get some manners.
